The purpose of the YWCA’s Leadership Development Program is to train members within the association about the principles involved in the administration of the organization’s  business. The program introduces members to the constitution, the standards of good governance and policies that undergird the YWCA’s operations.

Meetings are held on Zoom every other Saturday at 8:00a.m.
